Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

Because much of what we sell is fresh and perishable, refunds and returns are tightly limited.

  • Farm-fresh produce

    Fruits and vegetables are handpicked to fulfil your order.

  • No routine refunds

    Orders are not cancelled, replaced, or refunded once placed.

  • Postpone if pending

    Before dispatch, you may postpone subject to availability.

Our approach

Sooper Organics connects farmers to farmers and farmers to consumers. Much of what we offer — especially fruits and vegetables — is perishable and may spoil if held without care. For that reason, replacement or cancellation because produce has ripened or spoiled after harvest timing is not allowed.

Fresh harvest

Once your order is placed, fruits and vegetables are freshly handpicked and harvested to fulfil it. Produce is harvested to match demand and to ripen naturally.

Cancellations, returns & refunds

As a policy:

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, replaced, or returned.
  • We do not provide refunds on orders under routine circumstances.
  • If an order has not yet been dispatched, you may postpone it subject to availability.
